Reflection
On the second day, I continued with
the data entry tasks from the previous day, which helped reinforce my
understanding and improve my efficiency. I was given a new challenge by Ms.
Amber from the human resource and audit department to set up a full set of
accounts for a new client using the SQL system. This was quite challenging
because Ms. Chan was not in the office, and Ms. Amber’s guidance was a bit
fast-paced and different from Ms. Chan’s teaching style. I found it a little
hard to catch up at first, especially when keying in the opening balances with
limited documents. Despite the difficulty, it pushed me to be more independent
and improved my adaptability when facing unfamiliar work styles. I had to be
extra careful and think critically to ensure accuracy. This experience taught
me the importance of adaptability and cross-department collaboration in the
workplace.
