Week 19 Day 95 (15 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued cross-checking my old records with the COGS based on car sales records from the business owner, arranged by car plate numbers, focusing on April to May 2024. - Responded to LHDN’s follow-up email regarding the PCB audit of a client’s company, which required urgent action as the deadline had already passed. - Arranged dispatch to deliver documents to the client for signature and ensured they were collected back immediately so I could scan and submit them to the officer. - Registered SST for one of the clients as part of the services we provide. Key Learning -  Learned how to handle urgent audit-related communication with LHDN, especially when deadlines are tight. - Understood the importance of coordinating with both clients and seniors to make sure documents are signed and returned quickly. - Gained practical experience in registering SST for a client, which deepened my understanding of the process and requirements...

Week 19 Day 94 (14 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued cross-checking my old records with the COGS based on car sales records from the business owner, focusing on May and June 2024. Key Learning -  Reinforced the importance of checking older records carefully to spot discrepancies or missing transactions. - Gained better efficiency in reviewing COGS by grouping and comparing entries systematically.   Reflection Today’s focus was on COGS for May and June 2024, and although the work was a continuation of previous days, I noticed that my speed and accuracy have improved compared to when I first started. I’ve developed a method to compare the business owner’s records with my old files more systematically, which reduces confusion and makes it easier to spot any mismatches. Even though it’s a repetitive task, I can see how this process builds consistency and reliability in financial reporting.

Reflection Today was a mix of client service and record checking. In the morning, I worked on creating a new account for a client and carrying out the SST registration service on their behalf.   Week 19 Day 9 (12 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued cross-checking my old records with the COGS based on car sales records from the business owner, arranged by car plate numbers, focusing on the months from July to September 2024. Key Learning -  Improved accuracy in matching old records with COGS data. - Understood the importance of reviewing several months together to see the full picture of sales and costs. - Learned to be more organized when handling large amounts of detailed data. Reflection Today I continued with the same checking work, but this time I focused on the months from July to September 2024. The car sales records were arranged by car plate numbers, so I followed that system to compare with my old records. It was a lot of data to go through, so I needed to be extra patient and focused to avoid mistakes. Even though the work was repetitive, I started to see how reviewing several months together can help spot trends or differences that might be missed ...
