  Week 24 Day 120 (19 September  2025) Activity -  Continued recording the consignment sales into the new template for the period of April until December. - Communicated with the client and taught her the newest and easiest way to key in the sales for the business. - Prepared a summary for the client to issue the consignment bill for the company. Key Learning -  Learned how to handle consignment sales records for a longer period with accuracy and consistency. - Gained experience in explaining and teaching accounting methods to clients in a clear and practical manner. - Realized that effective communication plays a big role in building trust and helping clients improve their business processes.        Reflection Today’s work gave me a sense of continuity and growth.   Week 24 Day 119 (18 September  2025) Activity -  Organized clients’ files and prepared acknowledge delivery receipts for clients. - Prepared a summary and created a new format template to record the consignment sales for the months of January to March 2025. Key Learning -  Learned the importance of accurate filing and proper preparation of delivery acknowledgements to maintain professionalism and trust with clients. - Gained practical experience in summarizing sales records and designing a recording template from scratch. - Understood how good documentation and clear templates can save time, reduce mistakes, and support smoother workflow in the long term. Reflection Today gave me a clearer picture of how much proper documentation matters in accounting work.   Week 24 Day 118 (17 September  2025) Activity -  Sorted supporting documents for a previous client but for a new financial year. - Created a new database for a new client by analyzing his business documents and started doing his account work, including keying in purchases for the period of April & May 2025. Key Learning -  Learned the importance of properly organizing supporting documents when transitioning to a new financial year. - Gained hands-on experience in creating a new database and setting up accounts for a fresh client. - Realized the value of analyzing documents carefully before data entry to ensure long-term accuracy. Reflection Today felt like a mix of continuation and fresh beginnings. It feels good to take a short pause, recharge, and reflect not only on my internship journey but also on how small steps of effort add up over time.
