Activity


Organized clients’ files and prepared acknowledge delivery receipts for clients.

- Prepared a summary and created a new format template to record the consignment sales for the months of January to March 2025.


Key Learning


Learned the importance of accurate filing and proper preparation of delivery acknowledgements to maintain professionalism and trust with clients.

- Gained practical experience in summarizing sales records and designing a recording template from scratch.

- Understood how good documentation and clear templates can save time, reduce mistakes, and support smoother workflow in the long term.


Reflection


Today gave me a clearer picture of how much proper documentation matters in accounting work. While sorting files and preparing delivery receipts may seem like small tasks, I realized that they are the backbone of smooth operations without them, even bigger processes could face delays or errors. At the same time, preparing the consignment sales summary and designing a new template felt meaningful because I wasn’t just following instructions; I was actually contributing to something that could make recording easier and more accurate in the future. This made me realize that even routine tasks can create a long-term impact if done thoughtfully.
