  Week 17 Day 85 (01 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued verifying advertisement expenses, cost of cars sold, and sales transactions related to cars that had already been sold. This involved cross-checking supporting documents and ensuring all figures were accurately reflected in the accounts. Key Learning -  Understood how to match cost of sales with car sales revenue for accurate profit calculation. - Improved skills in identifying supporting documents tied to advertising and promotional efforts. - Strengthened awareness of how proper matching of income and expenses reflects business performance. Reflection Today's task was a continuation of reviewing car sales records and related expenses, but I found myself more confident compared to previous days. Key Learning -  Strengthened understanding of expense categories related to car trading businesses. - Learned to cross-reference documents efficiently to ensure complete and accurate transaction records. - Gained better insight into tracing advertisement and promotional costs back to specific business activities. Reflection Today’s work required high attention to detail as I continued the process of verifying and reconciling transactions, especially those tied to the car sales business. Week 17 Day 83 (30 Jul  2025) Activity -  Continued checking all the transactions with other files to verify whether my records were accurate or if there were any missing transactions. This included reviewing staff payslips, staff claims, the business’s petty cash, and costs and commissions from car sales. - Received a new urgent task from Mr. Lim to create invoices based on an example he provided, with a one-hour deadline. Key Learning -  Improved my ability to work under time pressure and prioritize urgent tasks without compromising accuracy. - Strengthened my understanding of how to prepare invoices correctly using provided references. - Learned the importance of multitasking and staying calm when shifting from one detailed task to an urgent assignment. Key Learning -  Strengthened my ability to analyze and cross-check multiple accounts simultaneously. - Gained a deeper understanding of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) and their impact on overall accounts. - Learned to manage time better while handling complex and detailed account verification tasks.
