Week 18 Day 89 (07 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued cross-checking my previous records with the cost of goods sold (COGS) based on the car sales records provided by the business owner, which were organized separately by car plate numbers, still focusing on the months of November and December 2024 due to some earlier confusion in matching the data. - Conducted research on SST registration in preparation for registering clients. Key Learning -  Learned the importance of organizing cost of goods sold data by specific identifiers such as car plate numbers to ensure accuracy and traceability in financial records. - Gained a clearer understanding of the SST registration requirements, including eligibility thresholds, documentation needed, and timelines for submission.     Week 18 Day 88 (06 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued cross-checking my previous records with the cost of goods sold (COGS) based on the car sales records provided by the business owner, which were organized separately by car plate numbers starting with the months of November and December 2024. Key Learning -  Strengthened my attention to detail when handling month-specific and vehicle-specific financial data. - Learned the importance of maintaining consistency when matching manual records with digital accounting entries. Reflection Today’s task was quite mentally draining, as I spent most of the time diving into files and matching up cost of goods sold (COGS) entries with the car sales records provided by the business owner. Since the documents were organized by car plate numbers, it took a lot of focus and patience to go through them one by one. It felt a bit repetitive at times, but I reminded myself that these details really matter in getting the accounts ...

Key Learning -  Learned how to reconcile physical records arranged by unique identifiers (like car plate numbers) with system-recorded data. - Understood the importance of itemized tracking for businesses dealing with high-value, inventory-based sales. Reflection Today was another focused and meticulous day. It was quite an intensive task because the car sales were not a...

Week 18 Day 86 (04 Aug  2025) Activity -  Continued checking all the transactions with supporting files and finally completed reviewing the first box of documents. - Moved on to the second box and began verifying payment slips for the year 2024, ensuring the payment dates, amounts, and purposes were correctly recorded in the system. Key Learning -  Developed better file management and document tracking skills when dealing with large volumes of paperwork. - Improved efficiency in identifying relevant accounting entries from physical documents like payment slips. Reflection Today marked a small yet satisfying milestone as I completed the first full box of documents that I had been reviewing for days. It felt rewarding to see the progress, especially after investing so much time in double-checking every transaction for accuracy. The experience of handling such a heavy load of paperwork has trained me to be more detail-oriented and patient. As I moved on to the second ...
