- Filled in form requested by LHDN for one of the clients for PCB audit purpose.
- Continued cross-checking my old records with the COGS based on car sales records from the business owner, arranged by car plate numbers, focusing on September 2024.

- Learned how to communicate with clients about income in a polite and professional way.
- Understood the importance of filling LHDN forms correctly for audit purposes.
- Improved my skill in checking records for accuracy when working with detailed data like COGS.
Reflection
Today I start my
morning by contacting some clients. This is the task that Ms. Amber gave me
last Friday, to ask about their income. We need this information so we can
decide how much to charge them if we do the service. I try to be polite and
clear when asking because talking about income can be a sensitive topic for
clients. After that, I work on filling in a form requested by LHDN for one of
the clients’ PCB audits. It needs to be correct because it will be used for
official purpose. I also continued cross-checking my old records with the COGS
for September 2024. Just like before, the data is arranged by car plate number,
so I go through them carefully to make sure everything match. Today’s work makes
me feel like I am doing both communication and detail-checking jobs. I can see
that in accounting, talking to clients and working with numbers both need the
same careful attitude.
