- After completing the task, I received two
more files from Ms. Chan: one for the office claim listing and another for
Hasina’s staff claim listing (January to December 2024). I began entering the
payment vouchers based on this new data.
- Handled a client phone call and helped
convey the client’s request to Ms. Amber.

- Learned how to handle multiple claim
listings and organize them efficiently.
- Gained experience in working with staff reimbursement records.
- Improved communication skills by assisting a client over the phone.
- Learned how to properly convey messages and coordinate between clients and internal staff.
- Built confidence in multitasking between accounting duties and basic client service.
