- Gained experience in balancing tasks from different supervisors based on urgency.
- Learned to prioritize urgent tasks and manage workflow effectively.
- Got hands-on training in using the UBS accounting system.
- Improved multitasking and adaptability under time-sensitive conditions.
Reflection
Today was a busy day with multiple tasks coming from different
supervisors. I started by continuing the claim listing payments from the
previous day. Then, Mr. Lim assigned me another handwritten data task, which
required me to enter and classify the data in Excel. Before I could begin that,
Ms. Amber gave me a more urgent task and taught me how to input data using the
UBS system. It was a bit challenging to switch focus between tasks and
prioritize them properly, but I managed to handle it with focus and flexibility.
I learned to adapt quickly, follow instructions from different supervisors, and
stay organized even under pressure.
