Reflection
Today, I revisited the UBS system to ensure I fully understood
the process of keying in data and adjusting journal entries for a client’s
opening balance in the new year assessment. I double-checked the accuracy of my
entries by comparing them with the Trial Balance and the Statement of Profit
and Loss. I also began working on the current year's assessment transactions,
which involved searching through the company’s files for supporting documents
and reaching out to both the client and the company secretary. Communicating
with them was a good opportunity to improve my professional interaction skills.
Later, I received another task from Ms. Chan involving data entry for a new
client in the SQL system. Managing all these tasks helped me strengthen my
focus, adaptability, and sense of responsibility.
