Reflection
Today, I
continued keying in cash transactions for the client’s company. I also helped
Ms. Amber correct some entries for another client and printed the new Statement
of Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit and Loss for her. One important task I
completed was resolving the electricity bill issue that I had discussed with
Ms. Chan last week, where the client mistakenly paid with a personal account
instead of the company’s account. When handling this problem, I became very
confused and used up all my ideas trying to figure it out. Eventually, I sought
help from Ms. Chan, but since she was quite busy, I had to put the issue aside
temporarily and continue with other tasks first. This experience taught me the
importance of patience, flexibility, and knowing when to seek assistance while
managing multiple tasks.
