Reflection
Today, I
focused on keying in the client’s monthly cash sales from February to December
into Excel, which helped me improve my consistency and attention to detail in
data entry. I also encountered an issue with a previous task given by Mr. Lim,
so I discussed it with him to better understand the problem. He suggested that
I directly contact the client to get the necessary clarification, which helped
me learn how to handle task-related communication more independently. Later, I
continued Ms. Chan’s assigned task by recording purchase transactions. It was a
productive day that helped build both my technical and communication
confidence.
