Grateful for the growth so far, and looking forward to continuing this journey with patience and purpose. Week 1 Day 1 (07 April 2025) Activity -  Ms. Chan, a staff member from the Accounting Department, gave a briefing about the company’s activities and the accounting job scope. - Ms. Chan also taught me how to prepare a full set of accounts for a company and assigned some tasks to me. - I keyed in the company’s payment records into the payment vouchers and supplier payment records. Key Learning - G ained an overview of the company’s operations and the role of the accounting department and learned the job scope and daily responsibilities of accounting staff. - Understood the process of preparing a full set of accounts for a company. - Acquired practical skills in using accounting tools and software. - Practiced entering payment records into payment vouchers and supplier payment records. - Better attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry. - Learned the importance of proper documentation and record-keeping in accounting.
