Reflection
Today, I focused on
correcting client account entries in the UBS system. I’ve become more
comfortable navigating the system, and I understand better how each adjustment
affects the overall financial report. Although the work is detailed, I feel
more confident in handling these corrections accurately.
In the afternoon,
Mr. Lim assigned me to prepare a follow-up report for Telekom Malaysia. It
involved summarizing the previous issue and clearly presenting the necessary
information. This task helped me realize how important written communication
is, especially when coordinating with external parties. Overall, today gave me
a good mix of technical and administrative experience, and I’m glad to see my
skills gradually improving with each task.
