Reflection
Today was both productive and insightful. I started the
day by continuing with the filing work, which helped me stay organized and
maintain accurate records for several clients. After that, I amended a few
transactions in the UBS system based on updated information we received from
the secretary. It reminded me how important it is to always double-check and
update records promptly when new documents come in.
Later in the day, I began working on a new client using
the SQL system. Before jumping into data entry, I first categorized and sorted
all the transactions according to their respective accounts, then clipped them
together to keep things structured. Once the documents were organized, I
proceeded to key in the payment vouchers from June to July. This step-by-step
approach made the process smoother and reduced the chance of errors. I’m
starting to feel more confident using different accounting systems, and I realized
how much proper preparation can improve efficiency in daily tasks.
