- Continued preparing the audit schedule for the company.

- Practiced compiling and arranging financial data into an audit schedule format.

- Learned how audit schedules support the auditing process and how to structure data clearly and accurately.


Reflection


Today I focused fully on continuing the audit schedule task. Since it was already partially started yesterday, I used today to dive deeper into the details. It took some time to understand how each section of the financial data connects, but I can see how crucial this document is in helping the audit team verify the accounting work. Although it’s a bit repetitive and requires a lot of accuracy, I’m slowly getting used to the format and expectations. This task helped me become more familiar with how audit documentation supports financial reporting.

Week 1 Day 1 (07 April 2025) Activity -  Ms. Chan, a staff member from the Accounting Department, gave a briefing about the company’s activities and the accounting job scope. - Ms. Chan also taught me how to prepare a full set of accounts for a company and assigned some tasks to me. - I keyed in the company’s payment records into the payment vouchers and supplier payment records.
