Reflection
Today, as I continued adjusting the bank transactions
based on the client’s clarification, I realized how important it is to
communicate clearly and double-check every detail. Some errors weren’t
immediately obvious until I took the time to go back and ask. It made me
appreciate the value of patience and persistence in accounting work. When I
helped the client sign the KWSP and PERKESO forms, I felt a sense of
responsibility like I was trusted to handle something important. It might seem
like a small task, but walking someone through a process they’re unfamiliar
with gave me a small boost of confidence in my professional communication. Preparing
and printing all the supporting documents reminded me how much attention to
detail matters. Every document needs to be properly matched and filed to
support our work. It was a long day, but seeing everything in order gave me a
great sense of achievement and reminded me how far I’ve come since my first
week.
