W15 Day 71 of Nana's Internship

Activity
- Continued keying in bank paid transactions based on the bank statement for the period from February to April 2024.
- Filled in employer and employee details for a client in the PERKESO portal to proceed with first-time registration.
Key Learning
- Learned how to navigate and fill out the PERKESO registration portal, which gave me exposure to government-related procedures.
- Strengthened my ability to match transaction details with bank records precisely to avoid reconciliation errors.
- Improved my attention to detail, especially when dealing with multiple employee records and legal information for statutory registration.
Reflection
Today was quite
productive and also a little intense, especially when handling government
registration on the PERKESO portal. I realized how easy it is to overlook small
details that could cause complications later, which made me more alert and
meticulous. It felt satisfying to be trusted with such important work, but also
made me reflect on the responsibility that comes with handling official data.
On the accounting side, I’m starting to develop a more efficient rhythm when
dealing with monthly transactions, and I noticed I’ve become faster at spotting
inconsistencies or missing information. It’s moments like this that show me how
much I’ve grown from the beginning of my internship — slowly building both my
technical accuracy and confidence.
