W20 Day 98 of Nana's Internship

Activity
- Continued rechecking the cars that needed to be carried forward to the following year because they were not sold within the financial year by clarifying questions I had previously accumulated with the client—mainly focusing on January and May records.
- Solved a problem that a client asked regarding the e-invoice.
- Communicated with foreign clients to answer and explain their questions and issued an invoice to provide the service that they requested.
Key Learning
- Learned how to confirm unsold cars in earlier months (Jan–May) and ensure they are carried forward correctly to the next financial year.
- Gained a better understanding of practical issues related to e-invoicing and how to resolve client queries.
- Improved communication skills when handling foreign clients by giving clear explanations and preparing invoices according to their needs.
Reflection
Today felt quite full and a bit challenging but also rewarding. While rechecking the January and May records for the cars that needed to be carried forward, I realized again how much patience this task requires. At first, it felt repetitive, but I slowly understood that every clarification with the client actually helps prevent mistakes in the financial statements later on. It gave me a small sense of achievement each time I managed to confirm the details correctly. The moment I solved the client’s problem with e-invoice, I felt quite proud because it showed me that I am starting to apply what I’ve learned in real situations. It wasn’t just about answering the question, but making sure the client felt clear and satisfied with the explanation. That gave me more confidence in my role.
Besides, communicating with foreign clients was another
highlight of the day. At first, I was a bit nervous, worrying whether they
could fully understand me, but once the conversation went smoothly, it felt
encouraging. Issuing their invoice at the end made me realize how accounting
work is not just about numbers but it’s also about building trust and clear
communication with people. By the end of the day, I felt tired but satisfied,
because I could see myself improving both in technical work and in professional
communication.
