W21 Day 101 of Nana's Internship

Activity
- Issued a quotation for foreign clients regarding the recurring two-monthly SST submission service.
- Had a discussion with the senior account executive and continued amending and checking the car costing and selling transactions by adjusting the double entries.
Key Learning
- Learned how to prepare quotations for foreign clients clearly and professionally, especially for recurring compliance services like SST.
- Understood better how double entry adjustments impact the accuracy of both costing and sales records.
- Realized the importance of seeking guidance from seniors, as it helps me avoid repeating mistakes and improves the reliability of my work.
Reflection
Today gave me a balance of client-facing and technical tasks. Preparing the quotation for the foreign client reminded me that communication in accounting is not only about numbers but also about presenting services clearly so the client can understand the value. On the technical side, working closely with the senior account executive was really helpful. Going through the car costing and selling records together showed me how small mistakes in double entries can create larger discrepancies later on.
Although
the amending process was detailed and sometimes repetitive, I appreciated the
chance to learn directly from a senior’s experience. It made me more aware of
how important it is to approach each correction carefully, because every
adjustment affects the overall accuracy of the accounts. I ended the day
feeling more confident in handling both client communication and the technical
side of double entry amendments.
