Reflection
Today
my focus was mainly on completing the audit schedule. At first, it felt quite
repetitive because I had already spent time working on the same schedule
yesterday, but I reminded myself that this step is important to ensure the
account work I’ve done is accurate and ready for review. As I went through it,
I noticed how detailed the process needs to be which is every figure has to
match perfectly with the supporting documents. Although it took patience, I
felt more confident compared to yesterday because I already had some
understanding of how the audit schedule is structured. I realized that
sometimes accounting work is not about learning something completely new, but
about reinforcing accuracy and consistency. Step by step, I could see my
progress, and it gave me a sense of satisfaction to know I was getting closer
to completing the task properly.
