Reflection
Today’s work felt a little challenging
because I had to deal with two different sets of records at once which is bank
reconciliations and cash payment vouchers. It took extra focus to make sure
everything tallied properly, especially since the transactions spanned across
different months and years. I realized how important it is to stay systematic
when handling overlapping tasks, or else it becomes easy to overlook something
small. Even though the process was repetitive, I noticed that each check built
up my confidence in managing older records. It gave me the impression that
accounting is not only about numbers but also about building consistency and
discipline. Slowly, I can see how these practices are shaping me to be more
detail-oriented and patient, which is something I want to carry forward in my
career.
