This included reviewing staff payslips, staff claims, the business’s petty cash, and costs and commissions from car sales. - Received a new urgent task from Mr. Lim to create invoices based on an example he provided, with a one-hour deadline. Key Learning -  Improved my ability to work under time pressure and prioritize urgent tasks without compromising accuracy. - Strengthened my understanding of how to prepare invoices correctly using provided references. - Learned the importance of multitasking and staying calm when shifting from one detailed task to an urgent assignment.   Week 16 Day 78 (23 Jul  2025) Activity -  Checked and adjusted the client's bank account to reduce taxable income after receiving additional supporting documents. - Called Telekom to resolve the office phone issue where we couldn't receive external calls. - Verified transactions by cross-checking with other supporting files to ensure no missing records including loan/refund loan, Eauto transfers, entertainment, advertisements (Carlist), and car maintenance. Key Learning -  Learned to manage and differentiate multiple bank accounts efficiently within one client profile. - Understood the importance of maintaining accuracy and avoiding overlapping transactions. Reflection Today felt a little bit exhausting because I haven’t fully recovered from my sickness, but I still pushed myself to stay focused and productive. Key Learning -  I further enhanced my understanding of the flow of cash out transactions, especially how to properly record them and ensure they are categorized under the correct expense or payment type. - I learned how essential it is to stay organized and systematic, especially when working on multiple months at once any small oversight can affect the final bank balance and lead to confusion later. After inputting the data, I proceeded to generate the bank reconciliation for those months to ensure the records matched with the bank statements. Key Learning -  I strengthened my ability to trace and verify financial transactions, ensuring they align with the bank statement. - I also improved my familiarity with the bank reconciliation process, especially how to identify and resolve discrepancies between the ledger and the actual bank records. - This process taught me the importance of maintaining accuracy month by month to avoid a backlog of mismatched records later on.
